The financiers of Milazzo seized two illegal dumps. In the first case in Milazzo waste were piled near the coast of the Levant, in the Authority's' port: tires, abandoned appliances, mattresses, waste metals, plastics, cars, oil drums. In the second case, however, Pace del Mela, were found two hundred cans containing paint and other toxic substances. Following the seizures have been cleared 14 areas. (Norman)
