in many hours each day in most of the village there is traffic chaos for several reasons, including in particular:
- insufficient parking
- inefficiency of the road in high traffic areas for the presence public buildings
that this condition is recorded in the urban area around the hospital and the offices and clinics of ASL No. 5 via Catania;
that in the last two decades has proceeded to change the destination use of many buildings such as:
- hospital, for surgery to the PRG,
- Inland Revenue, State Sales and Technical Institute for Surveyors "Florena A.," ASL Building No.5 Via Catania, designed to currently residential use and intended for public use, with the consequent need to provide adequate services to the surrounding areas in particular roads and parking lots, unfortunately, been provided in part;
expropriation foreordained that the constraints of the existing PRG have expired by December 1998 and then neither the Municipality nor any other government can proceed to issue decrees of expropriation if not processed by specific variants urban, regional
that the province of Messina is in the process of designing a palace of Sport to be implemented in the downstream area of \u200b\u200bthe street Cernaia and bordering the west of the river Cannamela no application has been approved by the City Council of the area in question also for the location of urbanization;

Ente Sacred Heart and the good-natured Companies owning the transfer of land for the existing PRG road and parking area adjacent to the street Cernaia, confined to the east with the area of \u200b\u200brelevance and ownership of the Marconi School of the Institute of the Daughters Zito Mary Help of Christians to build the parking lot and driving distance (about ml.150) necessary to organize an alternative road service to the school Marconi, Zito Institute and Vocational School run by Sacred Heart.
The realization of the road and changing a few directions, will bring immediate benefit to the viability of the neighborhood located around the Cathedral, as all the students Families and residents west of the town, to reach the schools could benefit from this new road to relieve traffic Piazza Duomo, Piazza Don Bosco and the nearby streets (via Cernaia, via San Giuseppe etc.).
