Messina: Sequestration by Forest Region of Sicily

F. S. anni 50 di Mojo Alcantara procedevano al sequestro del sito destinato allo smaltimento definitivo dello scarto trasportato oltre al sequestro dell’automezzo utilizzato per il trasporto dello scarto industriale. L’illiceità veniva perpetrata in concorso e si concretizzava in terreni privati vincolati paesaggisticamente. Accertato inoltre che l’ingente quantitativo di pastazzo veniva scaricato senza alcuna precauzione igienico/sanitaria e in violazione dalla vigente norma ambientale, peraltro anche con la groundwater contamination because of leachate that seeps into the ground and freely in the nearby river "Iatro" tributary of the St. Paul River, assuming an activity of landfill waste products processing industry. During the police operation was carried out on a sample of the waste and leachate, which will be delivered to ARPA to Messina to be tested. The area seized in police custody was handed over to the railway but lives in Limington Mojo Alcantara. The vehicle, which the guide was Mr. BGA, was subject to seizure in judicial custody and given to Mr. MF nq the owner of the company trucking, and owner of the vehicle seized.
