Yesterday, staff UPGA and SP, while targeting to curb the problem of the sale of counterfeit goods, stopped a non-EU citizen found that, in the shopping streets of Messina, while selling counterfeit clothing accessories. The police have seized a number of flying sunglasses, shoes, belts and designer handbags. The agents proceeded to denounce the extra-GA for the crimes in the State of introduction and sale of fake products and administrative sanctions for not complying with the permits required for the sale (art.20 l. reg. 18/1995). Finally, the foreign national has been arrested since the order of inottemperante Quaestor of Messina to leave the country. (PS)
