After nearly five years of activity of the free blog platform "Blogger" Google home I decided to put an end to this space.

Toscani già da tempo è consigliere delegato alla Manutenzione, incarico che ricopre con grande scrupolo e impegno, nonostante non percepisca alcuna indennità come i colleghi “fortunati” della giunta. Per lui soltanto 138 euro nel 2010, che sono il compenso di un anno intero per i gettoni di presenza in Consiglio comunale. Oltre a questo qualche piccola soddisfazione come quella di andare in rappresentanza del Comune con tanto di fascia tricolore a Roma per essere ricevuto insieme ad altri sindaci, presidenti di Province e di Regione, dal Papa in Vaticano. Se Santarcangelo dà corso immediato alla richiesta nominando Tarsia assessore ai Lavori pubblici, “blinderà” la maggioranza per tutto il mandato. Ma chi esce? E qui è il problema. Innanzitutto c’è da dire che il metodo da adottare potrebbe essere quello dell’azzeramento dell’esecutivo, con rapida riformulazione delle deleghe a sei assessori compreso Tarsia, meno uno. Caso contrario potrebbero essere gli stessi assessori ad accelerare questo processo di verifica, dimettendosi contestualmente.
